I first made Pickle-in-a-Blanket for a backyard picnic, and it quickly became a family favorite thanks to its satisfying crunch and creamy filling.

Ingredients

  • Main: 4 large flour tortillas (8-inch), 4 large dill pickles, whole, 4 slices cheddar cheese (or Swiss), 4 oz (115 g) cream cheese, softened

Instructions
