01 - 4 large flour tortillas (8-inch each)
02 - 4 whole large dill pickles
03 - 4 slices cheddar cheese or Swiss cheese
04 - 4 ounces cream cheese, softened

05 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
06 - 1 tablespoon finely diced red onion
07 - 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
# Directions:
01 - Arrange flour tortillas on a clean workspace.
02 - Spread 1 ounce of softened cream cheese evenly over each tortilla using a knife.
03 - Place a slice of cheddar or Swiss cheese in the center of each tortilla.
04 - If desired, sprinkle chopped fresh dill and diced red onion over the cheese. Drizzle with yellow mustard.
05 - Arrange one whole dill pickle at the edge of each tortilla.
06 - Tightly roll up each tortilla around the pickle to fully encase the filling.
07 - Cut each rolled tortilla into 1-inch pieces or serve whole, as preferred.
