Instructions

Step 1:
Peel the oranges and separate them into segments. Carefully remove any seeds and as much pith as possible.
Step 2:
On a large round serving plate arrange the orange segments in a circle to form the clock face.
Step 3:
Place 12 grapes at even intervals around the circle to mark the hours pressing them gently between the orange segments.
Step 4:
Use two longer grapes (or two orange segments) at the center as the clocks hands pointing to your desired time (e.g. 10:10 for visual appeal).
Step 5:
If desired scatter fresh mint leaves around the platter for extra color and aroma.
Step 6:
Serve immediately chilled if preferred.
