A vibrant and beautiful brunch board inspired by the jam girl summer aesthetic, featuring a medley of jams, cheeses, fresh fruits, and artisan breads for a sweet and savory gathering.

I enjoyed creating this brunch board for my friends recently: the excitement over endless jam pairings started many lively conversations and delicious flavor discoveries.

Ingredients

  • Jams & Spreads: 1/2 cup strawberry jam, 1/2 cup apricot preserves, 1/2 cup blueberry jam, 1/4 cup honey, 1/4 cup whipped butter
  • Cheeses: 120 g (4 oz) brie sliced, 120 g (4 oz) sharp cheddar sliced, 120 g (4 oz) fresh goat cheese crumbled
  • Breads & Crackers: 1 small baguette sliced, 1/2 loaf sourdough sliced, 1 sleeve multigrain crackers
  • Fruits: 1 cup fresh strawberries halved, 1 cup blueberries, 1 cup seedless grapes, 1 ripe peach sliced
  • Nuts & Extras: 1/2 cup roasted almonds, 1/4 cup dried apricots, fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

Prepare Bowls:
