Ingredients
- Candy: 1 cup gummy bears, 1 cup mini candy canes, crushed, 1 cup mini marshmallows
- Chocolate: 200 g (7 oz) white chocolate, chopped
- Toppings (optional): 2 tbsp rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
- Prepare Baking Sheet:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Melt Chocolate:
- Melt the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water or microwave in 30-second bursts stirring until smooth
- Spread Chocolate:
- Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into a rectangle about 1/4-inch thick
- Add Candy:
- Immediately scatter the gummy bears crushed candy canes and mini marshmallows evenly over the melted chocolate
- Add Sprinkles:
- Add rainbow sprinkles on top if desired
- Press Toppings:
- Gently press the toppings into the chocolate with clean hands or a spatula
- Set Chocolate:
- Let the chocolate set at room temperature for 1 hour or refrigerate for 20 minutes until firm
- Serve:
- Break into shards and serve
