Recipe FAQ

Which cheese works best for the filling?

Cream cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan combine for a creamy texture and rich flavor, but goat cheese or ricotta are great alternatives.

How do I avoid overcooking the salmon?

Bake just until the salmon easily flakes with a fork, usually 18–20 minutes at 400°F, to keep it moist and tender.
