# Directions:
01 - Whisk tahini, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt in a small mixing bowl or pitcher until smooth and emulsified.
02 - Add ice cubes evenly to two tall glasses.
03 - Dispense cold brew coffee equally into each glass over the ice.
04 - Incorporate the tahini mixture into each glass and stir thoroughly to integrate.
05 - Top each glass with plant-based milk and stir gently until creamy.
06 - Taste, adjust sweetness as preferred, and serve immediately.
