02 - In a large bowl, mix pretzels, popcorn, rice cereal, and mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.
03 - Gently melt white chocolate using a double boiler, stirring until smooth. Alternatively, microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring between intervals until fully melted.
04 - Drizzle melted white chocolate over the base mixture and gently fold with a spatula to evenly coat all components.
05 - Evenly spread the coated mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, then immediately sprinkle with snowflake sprinkles and optional silver dragées, pressing them lightly to adhere.
06 - Allow the mixture to cool at room temperature for 30 minutes or until the white chocolate has fully set.
