02 - 1/4 cup organic cane sugar
03 - 2 tablespoons water kefir grains or 2 tablespoons ginger bug
04 - 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

05 - 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
06 - 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
07 - 8 fresh mint leaves
08 - 4 thin orange slices
09 - Ice cubes, for serving
# Directions:
01 - In a sanitized glass jar, dissolve organic cane sugar in filtered water. Add water kefir grains or ginger bug along with fresh lemon juice, then stir gently using a non-metallic spoon.
02 - Cover the jar securely with a breathable cloth or coffee filter and fasten with a rubber band. Allow the mixture to ferment at room temperature (68–77°F) for 24 to 48 hours until lightly carbonated and tangy.
03 - Remove water kefir grains or ginger bug by pouring the mixture through a fine mesh strainer. Cultures may be discarded or reserved for future use.
04 - In a pitcher, mix the fermented soda base with orange juice, lime juice, and mint leaves. Stir gently to combine.
05 - Fill glasses with ice cubes. Pour the mocktail mixture over the ice, garnish each glass with an orange slice and additional mint leaves if desired.
06 - Serve immediately for optimal effervescence and freshness.
