# Directions:

01 - Set oven to 480°F (250°C) or maximum temperature. Position pizza stone in oven while preheating if using.
02 - On a lightly floured surface, stretch or roll pizza dough to a 12-inch round. Place onto a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza peel.
03 - Combine crème fraîche, garlic, dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper in a small mixing bowl. Stir until smooth and evenly mixed.
04 - Spread the crème fraîche mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edge.
05 - Distribute shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce layer.
06 - Arrange sliced dill pickles and red onion (if using) over the cheese layer.
07 - Transfer pizza to the oven and bake for 12–15 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese has melted and bubbled.
08 - Remove from oven, sprinkle with fresh dill, slice, and serve immediately.
