02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

06 - 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
07 - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
08 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
09 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional, or substitute nutritional yeast for vegan preparation)
# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Boil pasta in a large pot of salted water until just al dente. Drain using a colander and gently pat dry with a clean towel.
03 - Transfer pasta to a mixing bowl. Toss thoroughly with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, oregano, chili flakes (if desired), sea salt, black pepper, and Parmesan cheese or nutritional yeast.
04 - Spread the seasoned pasta in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, turning halfway through, until the chips are golden and crisp.
