01 - 1/2 cup uncooked elbow macaroni

02 - 1/2 cup water
03 - 1/4 cup whole or 2% milk

→ Cheese & Seasonings

04 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
05 - 1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)
06 - 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
07 - Salt and black pepper to taste

08 - 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

# Directions:

01 - Place the uncooked elbow macaroni and water into a microwave-safe mug with at least 12-ounce capacity. Stir to mix.
