# Directions:
01 - In a microwave-safe mug (minimum 10 oz), whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder if desired, baking powder, and salt until evenly mixed.
02 - Add milk, oil, and vanilla extract to the mug. Stir thoroughly with a fork until smooth and free of dry pockets.
03 - Place the mug in the microwave and cook on high power for 60 to 75 seconds until the cake has risen and is firm in the center.
