# Components:

→ Platter Base

01 - 1 large square cracker (6 x 6 inches)
02 - 1 small round cheese wheel (Babybel or Brie, 2 inches diameter)

03 - 8 slices cheddar cheese
04 - 1 red bell pepper
05 - 1 bunch fresh chives
06 - 1/2 cup black olives
07 - 1/2 cup green grapes
08 - 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
09 - 1/2 cup cubed Gouda cheese
10 - 1/2 cup crackers

11 - 1/2 cup hummus
12 - 1/2 cup ranch dressing

# Directions:

01 - Place the cheese wheel in the center of a large serving platter to serve as the base of the graduation cap.
02 - Set the large square cracker directly on top of the cheese wheel, aligning the edges to mimic a mortarboard.
03 - Cut a thin strip from the red bell pepper and position one end at the center of the cracker, allowing it to drape over the edge.
04 - Tie a fresh chive around the base of the pepper strip to replicate the tassel knot.
05 - Artistically arrange cheddar slices, black olives, grapes, cherry tomatoes, Gouda cubes, and crackers around the cap to create an inviting platter.
06 - Place optional dips such as hummus and ranch dressing in small bowls on the side for serving.
