13 - 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

# Directions:
01 - Set oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a small bowl, combine granulated sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, cinnamon if desired, and salt until well integrated.
03 - Brush both sides of each tortilla evenly with melted butter. Sprinkle the prepared cocoa-sugar mixture over both sides of the tortillas.
04 - Stack the coated tortillas, cut each into eight wedges, then arrange chips in a single layer on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
05 - Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping chips halfway through, until crisp. Cool chips completely on a wire rack.
06 - In a medium bowl, gently mix diced strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, mango, and apple. Drizzle with fresh lime juice and honey or maple syrup; add mint and toss softly to combine.
07 - Pair the cooled chocolate chips with prepared fruit salsa for dipping and enjoy immediately.
