# Components:
→ Egg Mixture
01 - 3 large eggs, separated
02 - 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
03 - 3 tablespoons cornstarch
04 - 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
05 - 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
→ Color Additions
06 - Red gel food coloring
07 - Yellow gel food coloring
08 - Blue gel food coloring
09 - Green gel food coloring
# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 300°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Beat egg whites with cream of tartar in a large, clean bowl until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar, beating continuously until stiff, glossy peaks develop.
03 - Whisk together egg yolks, cornstarch, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl until thoroughly combined.
04 - Gently fold the yolk mixture into the whipped egg whites, maintaining as much volume as possible.
05 - Evenly divide batter between bowls for each desired color. Add drops of gel food coloring to each, folding gently to blend colors without overmixing.
06 - Spoon colored batters in adjacent dollops onto the prepared baking sheet to produce a rainbow effect. Swirl gently with a spatula for a marbled appearance if desired.
07 - Bake for 25 minutes, or until set and lightly golden.
08 - Cool on the baking sheet briefly, then serve immediately for optimal fluffiness.
