08 - 4 flour tortillas, 10-inch diameter

# Directions:

01 - In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, cooked chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Toss thoroughly using tongs to ensure even coating. Season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Adjust dressing quantity if needed. Set aside.
02 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat and warm each tortilla for 15 to 30 seconds per side until pliable. Alternatively, microwave tortillas individually between paper towels for 15 to 30 seconds. Keep warmed tortillas covered with a kitchen towel to retain softness.
03 - Place warmed tortillas on a clean surface. Distribute the salad mixture evenly, placing it centrally on each tortilla.
04 - Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly burrito-style. Secure with a toothpick if necessary to hold the wrap together.
05 - Present the wraps whole or optionally sliced in half for easier handling.
