11 - 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
12 - 1 large tomato, diced
13 - ¼ cup dill pickles, sliced
14 - ¼ cup diced red onion
15 - ¼ cup burger sauce (store-bought or homemade)
# Directions:
01 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, breaking it apart. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5–7 minutes.
02 - Stir ketchup and mustard into the beef. Cook for another 1–2 minutes to combine flavors. Remove from heat and set aside.
03 - Wipe the skillet clean. Add vegetable oil and heat over medium heat until shimmering.
04 - Place one tortilla in the skillet. Top with a slice of cheese and a generous spoonful of seasoned beef. Fold the tortilla in half and press gently to seal. Cook 2 minutes per side until golden and cheese melts. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
05 - Fill each crispy taco with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, pickles, and red onion. Drizzle with burger sauce to taste.
06 - Serve immediately while warm and enjoy.
