Golden spiral potatoes with savory seasoning, air-fried for crunch and flavor. Enjoy as a tasty snack or side.

# Components:

→ Potatoes

01 - 4 medium russet potatoes, scrubbed

→ Seasoning

02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
06 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

→ Optional Toppings

07 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (omit for vegan preparation)
08 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
09 - 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes

# Directions:

01 - Carefully insert a long wooden or metal skewer lengthwise through the center of each russet potato.
02 - Hold the skewer and slice each potato in a spiral motion using a sharp knife. Rotate the potato as you cut from end to end, then gently stretch the potato along the skewer to achieve even spacing.
03 - Combine olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and ground black pepper in a small bowl.
04 - Brush or rub the prepared seasoning mixture evenly over each spiraled potato, ensuring coverage between all layers.
05 - Set the air fryer to 375°F for 3 minutes to preheat.
06 - Place the skewered potatoes in the air fryer basket with sufficient space between each to prevent sticking.
07 - Cook the potatoes for 20 to 25 minutes, turning each skewer halfway through, until the exterior is golden brown and crispy.
08 - Optionally, sprinkle with grated Parmesan, fresh parsley, and chili flakes prior to serving.
