# Directions:

01 - Wash and dry all vegetables thoroughly.
02 - Cut the cucumber into thin rounds to represent the vertebrae and tail bones.
03 - Peel and slice the carrots into thin sticks for ribs and limbs.
04 - Cut the yellow and red bell peppers into strips for the jaw, spine, and claws.
05 - Break the broccoli and cauliflower into small florets for the skull, pelvis, and joints.
06 - Spread baby spinach leaves evenly on a large serving platter as a background.
07 - Arrange the prepared vegetables on the spinach base to form a T-Rex fossil shape, using black olives for eyes and claws, and cherry tomatoes as accent bones or fossilized eggs.
08 - In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chopped dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
