01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
02 - Lay out the tortillas on a clean work surface. Spread 2 tablespoons pizza sauce evenly over each tortilla, leaving a small border.
03 - Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses evenly across the tortillas.
04 - Layer 6 pepperoni slices per tortilla. Scatter cherry quarters and red onion slices evenly.
05 - Sprinkle with oregano and a pinch of black pepper.
06 - Roll up each tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides as you go, to form a wrap.
07 - Place wraps seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, or directly in the skillet. Bake for 8–10 minutes (or cook in the skillet, turning occasionally).
08 - Let cool briefly, slice in half, and garnish with fresh basil if desired. Serve warm.
