# Directions:

01 - Combine sliced chicken breasts with soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and garlic powder in a medium mixing bowl. Ensure the chicken is evenly coated and allow to marinate for 10 minutes.
02 - Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken and cook for 5 to 6 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through. Sprinkle cooked chicken with toasted sesame seeds, remove from heat, and cool slightly.
03 - In a large salad bowl, combine napa cabbage, red cabbage, julienned carrot, sliced red bell pepper, green onions, chopped cilantro, roasted cashews or sliced almonds, and edamame if using.
04 - In a small mixing bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, honey, lime juice, freshly grated ginger, minced garlic, and chili flakes until the mixture is well blended.
