# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • No need to brave the café line or pay extra for a treat when you can stir this up in minutes at home.
  • The flavors turn ordinary afternoons into spontaneous celebrations—so refreshing and customizable, I never make it quite the same way twice.
02 -
  • If you leave the tea bags in too long, the drink goes from refreshing to almost medicinal—I learned that the acrid way.
  • I discovered chilling the tea fully before assembling means fewer melted ice cubes and more zing in every sip.
03 -
  • Always start with high-quality tea and real lemons—they create the backbone for every other flavor.
  • A quick roll of the lemons on the countertop before juicing doubles the juice and makes squeezing easier.
