# Directions:
- Set air fryer to 400°F and preheat for 3 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chicken pieces with 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Toss until all pieces are evenly coated.
- Arrange seasoned chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 400°F for 8 to 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking. Chicken is done when golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F. Transfer to a plate.
- While chicken cooks, toss broccoli florets with 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
- Place seasoned broccoli in the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F for 6 to 8 minutes, shaking halfway through, until tender with slight crispness at edges.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and vinegar. Bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the cornstarch slurry and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Transfer cooked chicken bites to the saucepan and toss thoroughly to coat each piece with the honey garlic glaze.
- Arrange glazed chicken bites over the cooked broccoli. Top with sesame seeds and sliced green onions if desired.
