# Directions:
01 - Set air fryer to 400°F and allow 3-5 minutes for full preheating.
02 - In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until fully combined.
03 - In a separate bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
04 - Pat green beans dry with paper towels. Dip each green bean into egg mixture, then coat thoroughly in breadcrumb mixture, ensuring even coverage.
05 - Place coated green beans in single layer in air fryer basket. Lightly spray with olive oil.
06 - Air fry at 400°F for 10-12 minutes, shaking basket halfway through cooking until golden and crispy. Cook in batches if necessary.
07 - While fries cook, combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, dill, chives, parsley, minced garlic, lemon juice, onion powder, salt, and pepper in small bowl. Mix until smooth and well combined. Adjust seasonings to taste.
08 - Transfer crispy green bean fries to serving plate. Serve immediately with ranch yogurt dip on the side.
