# Components:

01 - 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or sliced
02 - 1/2 cup shredded lettuce or spinach
03 - 1/4 cup diced tomato
04 - 1/4 cup thinly sliced cucumber or bell pepper
05 - 2 tablespoons thinly sliced red onion (optional)
06 - 2 tablespoons shredded cheese (optional)
→ Sauce
07 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, yogurt, or hummus
08 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard or hot sauce (optional)
09 - Salt and black pepper, to taste
→ Wrap
10 - 2 large flour tortillas or flatbreads
# Directions:
01 - Heat tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 15 to 20 seconds until pliable.
02 - In a bowl, combine cooked chicken with mayonnaise, yogurt, or hummus, and add Dijon mustard or hot sauce if using. Season with salt and black pepper, mixing thoroughly until chicken is evenly coated.
03 - Lay tortillas flat and evenly layer lettuce or spinach, diced tomato, cucumber or bell pepper, and red onion if desired.
04 - Spoon the chicken mixture onto the vegetables and sprinkle shredded cheese if desired.
05 - Roll each wrap firmly, folding in the sides to enclose the filling. Slice in half and serve immediately, or wrap tightly for a portable meal.
