# Components:

→ Cheese

01 - 5.3 oz mild cheddar cheese, cut into 0.6 inch cubes
02 - 5.3 oz gouda cheese, cut into 0.6 inch cubes

→ Fruit

03 - 7 oz seedless red grapes, washed and dried

04 - Fresh mint leaves for serving

# Directions:

01 - Cut the mild cheddar and gouda into uniform 0.6-inch cubes.
02 - Wash the seedless red grapes thoroughly and dry them completely.
03 - Gather small wooden skewers or cocktail sticks for assembling.
04 - Thread one cube of cheddar, then a grape, followed by a gouda cube and another grape onto each skewer, repeating until all ingredients are used, ending with cheese or grape as desired.
