02 - 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted

06 - 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
07 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

08 - 4 large flour tortillas or whole wheat wraps
09 - 1 cup shredded lettuce
10 - 1 medium tomato, thinly sliced
11 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
# Directions:
01 - In a medium mixing bowl, use a fork or potato masher to mash avocado with lemon juice until mostly smooth.
02 - Add drained tuna, ranch dressing, black pepper, red onion, and parsley to the bowl. Stir thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
