06 - ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
07 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped, optional for garnish
# Directions:
01 - Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 2-3 minutes
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, dried herbs, salt, and pepper
03 - Add sourdough cubes to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with oil and seasonings
04 - Arrange bread cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket, cooking in batches if necessary
05 - Air fry for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until croutons are golden and crisp
06 - Transfer to a bowl and toss with fresh parsley if using. Allow to cool before serving or storing
